Common Cold

Colds are viral upper respiratory infections. Symptoms typically peak at 2–3 days and resolve within a week.

When to See a Doctor

See a doctor if symptoms worsen after day 3, fever exceeds 103°F, or you develop difficulty breathing, chest pain, or severe headache.
